I had a lovely stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the spacious corner room that was quiet and well-furnished. The location was fantastic as it was within walking distance of several museums and our favorite restaurants. However, I felt the front desk staff could have been a bit more welcoming, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the other staff members were friendly and helpful, especially one of the bellmen who provided us with great parking alternatives.
